What is the fastest way to ship flowers?

Flowers can arrive right to your door through FedEx. FedEx delivers nationwide in 2 days from when your order is shipped. Some West Coast areas can receive in 1 day with premium freight services. Airline cargo provides ease of bulk shipments and quick turn over of products . (Cargo flight schedules change, it is always advisable to call and check how soon the order can be shipped to you)

How far ahead should I place my order?

To fill your order to the best of our ability it is usually advisable to place the order a week ahead due to the availability of product.

Floral Care

Where are the flowers grown?

The majority of Anthuriums are grown on our Farms at our Panaewa ( Hilo ) and Kurtistown (both on the Puna side of the Big Island ).  We have many vendors throughout Hawaii that give us locally grown Flowers and Foliages.

 What makes flowers from Hawaii special?

Flowers from Hawaii have a high standard of quality which allows them a staying power of freshness and beauty.

What colors do anthuriums come in?

Anthuriums come in many different colors.  The most common is red with colors ranging from pink, purple, green and white.  Some anthuriums have more than one color, such as obake which is red and green.  Anthuriums also come in a Heart shape and a tulip shape.

Should I refrigerate my flowers?

Most flowers and foliage should not be placed in refrigeration below 55° F (13°) and should be kept away from direct head and cold.

How to take care of my flowers when they arrive?

Cut stems about 1” from bottom.  Place in room temperature water.

How to take care of Anthurium plants when they arrive?

Anthuriums are shade loving plants, locate in filtered sunlight locations.  Water to maintain a moist but well drained.  Use a low salt liquid or slow release fertilizer as directed.  Do not expose to extreme temperatures (55°F to 85°F is good)
